The purpose of this article is to calculate the integral effectiveness of the innovation activity of Kazakhstani agribusiness. The study helps to make a decision on the innovative development of agricultural production sectors and assess precisely the effectiveness of innovative projects. Moreover, the algorithm of the integrated process of making a decision on the financing of innovative projects in the agricultural sector as well as components of the integral effect of innovation activity in the agrarian sector were developed.peer-reviewe

On the determination of the depth of EAS development maximum using the lateral distribution of Cerenkov light at distances 150 m from EAS axis

The Samarkand extensive air showers (EAS) array was used to measure the mean and individual lateral distribution functions (LDF) of EAS Cerenkov light. The analysis of the individual parameters b showed that the mean depth of EAS maximum and the variance of the depth distribution of maxima of EAS with energies of approx. 2x10 to the 15th power eV can properly be described in terms of Kaidalov-Martirosyan quark-gluon string model (QGSM)

Gene expression and methylation profiles as a biomarker for human radiation exposure

Taking into account the fact that Kazakhstan is one of the world's leaders in uranium mining, and given the extent of the damage suffered as a result of the work on the Semipalatinsk nuclear test site, the general background radiation in some regions came under the influence of additional effects of chronic exposure to low doses of radiation, the study and search for new methods of dosimetry, as an integral part of the radiological protection of the population, is a priority for the state. The purpose of this study is the search for and development of potential biomarkers by assessing the impact if ionising radiation on gene expression and quantification of global methylation and hydroxymethylation of uranium industry workers

Safety assessment of shoe insoles treated with various biocidal compositions

    Get PDF
The article deals with the study of the antimicrobial activity of shoe insoles treated with biocidal compositions . Antimicrobial treatment was carried out in distilled water using the following chemical agents: polyvinyl alcohol (PVA), salicylic acid (SA), copper sulfate, urea, polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP), benzoic acid. The antimicrobial activity of the modified materials was determined against test cultures - E. coli and molds p.Penicillium. It was found that the studied samples of shoe insoles have a stable antibacterial effect - the growth inhibition zone is from 2 mm to 4 mm, but there is no fungal resistance

© the author(s). The relevance of the research problem is determined by the necessity to enhance cognitive and educational functions due to humanization of education by means of art. The purpose of the article is to identify, analyze and define the ways of forming a lexical area "art" in the process of teaching students English through the realization of the aesthetic component. A leading approach to the study of this problem is a theoretical and an empirical one. The article presents the results, indicating the importance of the use of paintings, illustrations, fiction, elements of folklore (proverbs, sayings) in English classes; the sources of the vocabulary formation in the sphere of art have been identified and analyzed with the view of parallel implementation of the component of aesthetic education. The article can be useful in studies related to the process of English language teaching and implementation of the educational function in the field of aesthetics education

Hermeneutical analysis of paroemiological texts with semantics of permission

The present article deals with the ways of interpretation of deontic meanings of permission in terms of the Russian and German paroemiological texts. The authors of this article understand paroemiological texts as fixed in dictionaries autonomous utterances of categorical character that represent the product of the centuries-old ethnic reflection and aim at modeling human behavior. Multilevel study of the language material is based on frame analysis that allows to demonstrate universal and specific features of the paroemiological imperative utterances in comparing languages. A characteristic feature of regulative utterances that represent communicative-pragmatic frame permission in paroemiological texts is a required presence of temporal component denoting space of time within which a certain action is being executed. It has been determined that the majority of permissive utterances is regulated by time frames only one-sidedly, reflecting in most cases only starting moment within the permissive situation. It is noticed in the article that in Russian paroemiological texts the frame permission is objectified by means of the slots in compound constructions + the verb denoting physical action. Objectification of the frame permission in German paroimia is realized via the slots "dürfen" "können", or in some cases "via the slot "mögen"

Background. The article is devoted to the actual problem of improving the quality of translators’ training in accordance both with the Federal State Educational Standard 3++ requirements and the new professional translator standard. The article presents the didactic principles of teaching translation developed by K. Nord in the framework of the scopos theory, as well as defines the criteria for selecting educational texts with the inclusion of translation problems. Purpose. To determine the criteria for selecting texts for teaching translation within the framework of didactic principles developed by Ch. Nord. Materials and methods. The main research methods are the analysis of the scientific literature of Russian and foreign scientists on the problem, the theoretical analysis of works on the issues under study, observation, analysis of texts and generalization of experience. Research results. In the course of the study, based on their own translation experience and based on the didactic principles of K. Nord, the criteria for selecting educational texts for translation were determined, including pragmatic, conventional, linguistic, and normative problems. Practical implications. The results obtained can be used in teaching students to translate from German into Russian
